Secure your Vessel at the Gangway
The Shipadmin Gangway Security System is developed in close cooperation with leading Offshore Vessel owners. Is developed to meet the ship owners need of a secure ship at shore. The system is integrated with ShipAdmin’s Captains Secretary software.
The system consist of 3 parts in one stainless steel-pillar; Video surveillance, Access Control, and voice
communication.
Video surveillance
A camera is situated on top of the pillar. The camera is monitoring all movements. Live images can be seen from a monitor at the bridge. The video is connected to a recorder witch can store up to 7 days of 24 hours images.
Access Control
Access to the ship is given by bar-code identification, If the card is valid, the revolving door will open for access. In cases of invalid access or break in the system will give alarm to the control panel at the bridge as well as to the watch-phone "Gangway forced open".
Voice communication
People without valid access can contact the officer on duty by pressing a button on the pillar. The button is connected to the phone system so that you make a phone call to the watch telephone. At the bridge, you can see the person at the gangway and open the revolving door.
Make your own ID-Card
The system also contains equipment and software to create ID-Cards. You take a photo and create the card in one easy operation. You can create ID-Card for the crew with name and personal information. You can also make standard "Visitor" ID-cards. In the system, you can easy de-activate cards if needed.

Know who is on board
The system provides full control over all crew/visitors on board. Furthermore, you can create reports in the history log who was on board at any given time in the past.
Integrated With Captains Secretary and FleetManager
The Shipadmin Gangway Security System can be fully integrated with the Captains Secretary and the Shipadmin FleetManager. If Captains Secretary is installed at the ship you can avoid double registration of personnel. If the system is connected to the Shipadmin FleetManager you can synchronize the information from the Gangway Security system to the FleetManager at Shore.
